Agreement between Customer and Elang Wah Sdn. Bhd.


This ticket is sold for and on behalf of Elang Wah Sdn Bhd (will refer as "The Company") for the "Hop-On Hop-Off City Tour" services in any city and purchase of this ticket is evidence of acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
  1. The ticket is valid for use on The Hop On – Hop Off for 24 hours and 48 hours from the time and date stated on ticket.
  2. The ticket remains the property of the Company and must be made available for inspection by the driver or any employees of the Company on demand. The ticket is not transferable.
  3. Neither the Company or other authorize agents or their employees shall be liable or in any way responsible for any death, accident, personal injury, loss or damage which is not caused by the gross negligence by the earlier parties nor are they liable for any complains, claims, refund or exchange for any reasons whatsoever, including without limitation cancellation or postponement of the tour.
  4. The Company and/or its authorize agents reserve all rights to change any tour, details of the tour, route of the tour, price of the tour, seating capacity, on the bus or any other matters without prior notice.
  5. The Company and/or its authorize agents reserve all rights to postpone, cancel, delay or stop the tour due to adverse weather, non-conducive condition, any act of God, or any other cause beyond its control.
  6. The Company and/or its authorize agents or their employees reserve all rights without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any ticket holder whose conduct is not suitable.
  7. Admission to the tour shall be denied for tickets purchased at agents other than the Company’s authorized agents.
  8. Any complain regards the tour, including but not limited to cancellation, refunds or any postponements, will be directed to the agent if purchased from them or to the Company if purchased directly from the Company unless specified differently by the Company.
  9. Property taken on to the vehicle is the ticket holder’s sole responsibility and the Company shall not be responsible to any loss or damage during the tour.
  10. Smoking, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited in the bus.
  11. All dangerous items such that can cause harm and danger to other passengers or to the bus or to public is prohibited from the tour and the Company or their employees reserve their right to deny any admission cause by the later or to demand of the disposal of the item or confiscate the item.
  12. The Company or their employees reserve their right to any public arrest if in their belief a law of this country has been breached.
  13. A child is defined as being aged from 5-12 years. Only one child, under 5 years old, per adult may travel for free provided they do not occupy a seat to the exclusion of a fare paying passenger.
  14. Receipt of the ticket without immediate objection shall be deemed acceptance of, and agreement to the above conditions, and the Company’s full Condition of Carriage.
  15. Ticket holder understands and accept all risk and danger incidental to the tour whether happens prior to, during or subsequent to the event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.


All the prices and fares shown in the Website will valid on the time that you see it. The Website will reserve to change the prices and fares in any time without any notice. All prices and fares are including but not limited, any additional fees such are taxes and service fees. Any currency conversion will subject to bank card chargers and not responsible to the Website. You are acknowledge and agree that your credit card will be charged by us through third parties payment gateway providers, subject to payment gateway providers terms and conditions. The chargers will subject to total amounts in your booking list. You acknowledge that all the additional charges are been charged by the Providers to the Website within their own Agreement.

You acknowledge that your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and will charge you the conversion fee. The Website will be produce the checkout payment based on local currency where by country that you choose to purchase. The purpose is to ensure the settlement within the country smooth and clear. This means the amount listed on your credit or bank statement will be different figure than the figure on the billing summary page for a reservation booked in this Website. A foreign transaction fee may be applied and please consult with your bank for further questions about these fees or exchange rate applied to your booking.


You acknowledge that this Website has provide a currency converter tools where-by been extracted from the third parties rates. Currency rates are based on various publicly available sources, not verified as accurate and actual rates may vary. The currency quote is update as it is been updated by rates provider on their own basis. Check and confirm the date on the currency converter latest update. We believed the data is to be accurate, but we do not warrant or guarantee such accuracy. We do not authorize the use of this information for any purpose other than your personal use and you are expressly prohibited from the resale, redistribution and use of this information for commercial purposes.


You acknowledge that we have certain arrangement and agreement with the Providers. By using and/or visiting and/or accessing the Website, you authorized us to handle and represent you to book reservations for the grand total showned in the Website. You agreed that you will be charged by us for the total reservation price. Upon submitting your reservation request you authorize us to facilitate the bookings and reservations on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with the Providers.


You acknowledge that you may cancel or change your bookings and reservations, but you will be charged the cancellation and change fee indicated in the rules and restrictions for the bookings and reservations. All the fees vary based on the Providers restrictions or dates of travel, please verify the cancellation and change policies unique to your selected Providers. If you did not cancel or change your bookings and reservations before the cancellation policy period applicable to the Providers you reserved, which varies by the Providers (usually one to seven days) prior to your date of booking and reservation, you will be subject but not limited to a charge of applicable nightly rates, taxes and service fees. All sales are considered final after the cancellation grace period has elapsed.

Process for request cancellation can be follow as below:

    a. Email to our inquiry@myhoponhopoff.com with subject “REQUEST CANCELLATION”
    b. Forward together with online voucher and payment confirmation from payment gateway company
    c. We will proceed to payment gateway company for processing your request
    d. An email notification will be sent to you after cancellation process is success
    e. Refund will be issued to your credit card / bank account

    NOTE: Please take note that it will take 2-7 working days for the payment gateway company to apply refund to your credit card.


You acknowledge that, in the event you do not show for the first night of the reservation and plan to check-in for subsequent nights in your reservation, you must confirm the reservation changes with us no later than the cancellation policy period, on the date of the first night of the reservation to prevent cancellation policy of your reservation. You acknowledge if you make cancellation or changes before the cancellation policy period, you can make your refund requests for no-shows or early checkouts within 60 days after checkout. You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees that you incur. In limited cases, some Providers do not permit changes to or cancellations of reservations after they are made, as indicated in the rules and restrictions for the Providers reservation. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed.

You acknowledge that any submitting through electronic mail, posting, reviews, comments, questions, suggestions, ideas or the like contained in any submissions (collectively will refer as the “Submissions”), you grant us and all the affiliates, a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable and fully sub-licensable right to (a) use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from and publicly display and perform such Submissions throughout the world in any media, now known or hereafter devised; and (b) use the name that you submit in connection with such Submission, at our discretion and will be shared with our Providers. You further acknowledge and grant to us the right to pursue at law any person or entity that violates your or our rights in the Submissions by a breach of this Agreements. You acknowledge and agree that Submissions are non-confidential and non-proprietary. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Submissions posted or submitted by you. We have no obligation to post your comments; we reserve the right in our absolute discretion to determine which comments are published on the Website. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not provide us with any Submissions.

You are fully responsible for the content of your Submissions, (specifically including, but not limited to, reviews posted to this Website). You agree to defend and indemnify to us and the Providers from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:

    a) Your breach of this Agreement or the documents referenced herein;
    b) Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or
    c) Your use of this Website.
